How will AIO impact visits to websites?+−
The expansion of Google's AI Overviews (AIO) is expected to impact website visits in several ways. While Google claims that AIOs will drive "higher quality" clicks and more engaged users, there are concerns that these AI-generated summaries might reduce the need for users to visit the actual websites. By providing answers directly in search results, AIOs could potentially decrease the overall referral traffic to content creators and publishers. The long-term effects on website visits will depend on how users interact with these new features.
Can publishers benefit from AI Overviews?+−
No. Publishers cannot " sponsor" an AI overview, so no action is needed for them to benefit from them.
Do AI overviews support links?+−
Yes, they do. AI overviews show links to resources that support the information in the snapshot and explore the topic further. BUT, Google's systems automatically determine which links appear. There is nothing special for creators to do to be considered other than to follow our regular guidance for appearing in SERPS.
What can I do to mitigate the impact of traffic decrease?+−
To mitigate any negative impact, focus on the following: Create content with Topical Depth: If your content is detailed and offers in-depth information beyond the AI overview, users may still click through for comprehensive answers. Google's AI overviews are designed to be quick summaries, so content that dives deeper into complex topics may still attract readers. Target long tail Keyword: If you're targeting high-level or basic keywords that AI overviews cover effectively, it could impact traffic. However, targeting long-tail keywords or providing unique, in-depth insights may make your content more resilient. Build your Authority Actively: AI overviews tend to pull from high-authority sources. Building authority through backlinks, high-quality content, and expertise may help you become a source Google references, potentially turning the AI overview into an opportunity to showcase your content. Incorporate Rich Snippets: Google's AI often references rich snippets and featured content. Ensuring your content is optimized with structured data, concise summaries, and actionable insights can increase your chances of being part of these overviews.

Is AMP technology helping businesses?+−
AMP technology maximizes mobile rankings that amount the 52% of total searches
Is AMP still relevant in 2024?+−
The relevance of Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMPs) in 2024 is increasingly uncertain. Although Google continues to support AMPs, many prominent publishers and platforms, such as Twitter, have shifted away from their use. Additionally, Google has phased out ranking systems that once gave preference to AMP pages, signaling a decline in their importance within today’s digital ecosystem.

Anchor Text is the visible, clickable text in a hyperlink. Anchor text can provide both search engines and users relevant contextual information about the content of the link's destination.
What are the rules to follow when adding links?+−
When adding anchor text in external links, there are several important rules to follow to ensure effectiveness and avoid penalties from search engines: Relevance: Ensure the anchor text is highly relevant to the content of the page you are linking to. The text should clearly indicate what users can expect to find when they click the link. Avoid Over-Optimization: Use natural, varied anchor text rather than repeating the same exact phrase, especially if it contains your target keywords. Over-optimized anchor text can trigger search engine penalties. Use Descriptive Text: Instead of using generic terms like "click here" or "read more," use descriptive phrases that provide context to the reader and search engines about the linked page's content. Balance Keywords and Branding: Mix branded anchor text (using your brand's or website's name) with keyword-rich anchor text. This diversification helps avoid appearing manipulative to search engines. Keep It Concise: Anchor text should be concise and to the point. Long or convoluted anchor text can confuse users and dilute the link's effectiveness. Link to High-Quality Sites: Always link to authoritative, high-quality external sites. Linking to spammy or low-quality sites can harm your credibility and rankings. Consider the User Experience: The anchor text should make sense within the content's flow and contribute to a positive user experience. It should be easy to read and naturally fit within the surrounding text. Variety is Key: Use a variety of anchor text types, including exact match, partial match, branded, and generic. This helps create a more natural link profile. Context Matters: Ensure that the anchor text is surrounded by relevant content. The context in which the link is placed can influence its effectiveness and how search engines interpret it. Monitor and Adjust: Regularly monitor the performance of your external links and anchor text, and be ready to make adjustments if you notice any negative impacts on SEO or user engagement.

Do I need a separate SEO copywriting agency?+−
It depends on the rest of your partners you have. You can work with an SEO agency, an SEO copywriting agency, a PPC agency, a Social Media Agency, a PR agency, and a development agency. The issue is that Marketing doesn't run in silos. All activities should be in sync and coordinated. The optimal would be to utilize one agency for all activities that will help you to have a single point of reference and responsibility for the final result.

Could I calculate the CTR Curve for my keywords?+−
No. You could calculate the current CTR by getting the traffic you get by the position that keyword has vs the total volumes of that keyword and then you can get your CTR but you cannot tell what the traffic would be if you would be in a lower position. Only, If you keep historical data that would be possible.
Is there a best practice on what's the traffic I would get based on my position?+−
Again no. But a safe average for your estimations is the one below
Do we have some conclusions on what's affecting the clicks?+−
Based on an analysis performed by Backlinko here are some interesting findings: 1. The #1 result in Google’s organic search results has an average CTR of 27.6%. 2. The #1 organic result is 10x more likely to receive a click compared to a page in the #10 spot. 3. Organic CTR for positions 8-10 is virtually the same. Therefore moving up a few spots on the bottom of the first page may not result in more organic traffic. 4. On average, moving up 1 spot in the search results will increase CTR by 2.8%. However, this depends on where you’re moving from and to. Moving from position #3 to position #2 will usually result in a significant CTR boost. However, moving from #10 to #9 doesn’t make a statistically significant difference. 5. Titles that do and do not contain a question have similar CTRs. 6. Title tags between 40 to 60 characters have the highest CTR. According to our data, pages with a title tag length between 40 and 60 characters have a TK% higher CTR compared to those that are outside of that range. 7. Longer keywords tend to have a higher CTR: keywords between 10-15 words in length get 1.76x more clicks than single-word terms. 8. URLs that contain terms similar to a keyword have a 45% higher click-through rate compared to URLs that don’t contain a keyword. 9. Positive titles may improve your CTR. We found that titles with a positive sentiment improved CTR by approximately 4%.
Density
Keyword density tells you how often a search term appears in a text in relation to the total number of words it contains.
From the point of view of search engines, a high keyword density is a good indicator of search engine spam.
If a keyword appears too often in a website, search engines will downgrade the website. This is something also called keyword stuffing

What's the connection between engagement points and funnels?+−
Engagement points are the building blocks of a marketing funnel. Each point represents a step where potential clients interact with your brand as they move through the funnel stages—from awareness to consideration and, eventually, to conversion. A well-designed funnel strategically places engagement points to: * Capture attention at the top of the funnel. * Nurture interest and build trust in the middle. * Encourage action and decision-making at the bottom. In short, engagement points determine how effectively your funnel works to turn prospects into repetitive visitors.
What are the prerequisites of engagement points?+−
Assets, Assets, Assets!!! You need to build and offer valuable and tailored content that encourages interaction—such as educational resources, value bombs, entertaining media, or personalized offers.
How many engagement points should my website have? Can too many be intrusive or annoying?+−
At GrowthRocks, we have 47 engagement points on our website. But the key isn’t the number—it’s how you implement them. You need to make it easy and natural for visitors to engage with you as they navigate, without being intrusive. The secret? Offer value first before asking for anything in return. You need to follow this simple reciprocity rule: Give first, then ask – Provide something useful (a piece of content well thought, a playbook, a free tool, guide, or insight), and visitors will be happy to exchange their email. When done right, your visitors will love engaging with you

Are traditional SEO strategies such as Surround Sound SEO and Micro-monopoly affecting GEO?+−
Generative engines excel at creating cohesive and innovative content by synthesizing vast amounts of information. By building a micromonopoly, you create a specialized niche where your content becomes the authoritative source. Surround Sound SEO complements this by ensuring your content appears across multiple top-ranking pages, rather than just aiming for the top spot on search engines. Combining the principles of building a micromonopoly with the theory of Surround Sound SEO offers a robust strategy to enhance Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). This approach not only helps you dominate a niche but also ensures that your content is highly visible and consistently utilized by generative engines.

Google's Query Suggest API
Some things (!) by Google are undocumented. Well, that's one of them :-)

They’re important for readability, but for SEO as well. Headings help Google to grasp the main topics of a long post and therefore can help in the ranking. The H1 tag is the most important heading because it’s the highest level tag that shows what a specific page is about. Search engines give this tag more weight over other headings.

Helpful Content Algorithm
Google's "helpful content algorithm" is designed to prioritize content that is created primarily to assist and inform users, rather than content crafted solely to perform well in search engine rankings.
Introduced in August 2022, prior to the surge in AI-generated content, Google's "helpful content algorithm" aims to improve search result quality by prioritizing content created for users over material designed primarily for search engine optimization (SEO). This approach addresses concerns about potential penalties for AI-generated content, emphasizing that the use of AI in content creation is acceptable as long as the final product is valuable and relevant to the intended audience.

Does it affects our Rankings?+−
Google's "helpful content algorithm" is designed to prioritize content that is genuinely useful and informative to users, rather than material created solely to perform well in search engine rankings. This means that if your content is crafted with the primary goal of assisting and engaging your audience, it is likely to be favored by this algorithm, potentially improving your search rankings. Conversely, content produced primarily for search engine optimization (SEO) purposes, without genuine value to users, may be devalued, which could negatively impact rankings as per Google Developers
It's important to note that the algorithm does not penalize the use of AI in content creation per se. As long as the final deliverable is useful and relevant to the intended audience, the method of content production—whether AI-generated or not—should not adversely affect your rankings.
Which are the criteria or guidelines it sets?+−
The guidelines for helpful content are separated in two (2) categories: Category 1: Content and quality * Does the content provide original information, reporting, research, or analysis? * Does the content provide a substantial, complete, or comprehensive topic description? * Does the content provide insightful analysis or interesting information that is beyond the obvious? * If the content draws on other sources, does it avoid copying or rewriting those sources and provide substantial additional value and originality instead? * Does the main heading or page title provide a descriptive, helpful content summary? * Does the main heading or page title avoid exaggerating or being shocking in nature? * Is this the sort of page you'd want to bookmark, share with a friend, or recommend? * Would you expect to see this content in or referenced by a printed magazine, encyclopedia, or book? * Does the content provide substantial value when compared to other pages in search results? * Does the content have any spelling or stylistic issues? * Is the content produced well, or does it appear sloppy or hastily produced? * Is the content mass-produced by or outsourced to a large number of creators or spread across a large network of sites so that individual pages or sites don't get as much attention or care?
Category 2: Expertise * Does the content present information in a way that makes you want to trust it, such as clear sourcing, evidence of the expertise involved, background about the author or the site that publishes it, such as through links to an author page or a site's About page? * If someone researched the site producing the content, would they come away with an impression that it is well-trusted or widely-recognized as an authority on its topic? * Is this content written or reviewed by an expert or enthusiast who demonstrably knows the topic well? * Does the content have any easily verified factual errors?
What's happening with content we had before that date?+−
Google's "helpful content algorithm," introduced in August 2022, evaluates all content on your website, regardless of when it was published. This means that content created before this date is subject to the same assessment criteria as newer material. If your existing content is user-focused, informative, and provides genuine value, it should continue to perform well in search rankings. However, content that was primarily crafted to manipulate search engine rankings without offering substantial value to users may experience a decline in visibility.
To ensure your older content aligns with the current algorithm, consider conducting a comprehensive content audit. This process involves reviewing and updating existing material to meet Google's emphasis on helpfulness and user intent. By refining your content to be more user-centric, you can maintain or even improve your search performance under the updated algorithm.

Google’s search results often display information sourced from the Knowledge Graph, a vast database containing billions of facts about people, places, and things. The Knowledge Graph enables Google to answer factual questions like "How tall is the Eiffel Tower?" or "Where were the 2016 Summer Olympics held?" I see the Knowledge Graph as a powerful tool that helps Google identify and present accurate, publicly known information that users find valuable. The goal of Google is to ensure that this factual content is easily accessible when it's most relevant to the searcher's intent.

These panels are designed to provide you with a quick overview of essential information about a topic based on Google's interpretation of available content across the web.
Can I change the data on the knowledge panels?+−
Knowledge panel content is automatically generated, pulling information from various online sources. Sometimes, Google collaborates with data partners who offer expert data on particular subjects, such as movies or music. This data is then combined with information from other public web sources to create a comprehensive snapshot.
How information that appears in knowledge panels can be claimed.+−
If you are the subject of or official representative of an entity depicted in a knowledge panel, you can claim this panel and suggest changes. More information about these processes are available in the following articles: Get verified on Google Update your Google knowledge panel
Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI)
Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) keywords are words that are related semantically (i.e. in meaning) to your primary keyword.
Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) keywords are words that are related semantically (i.e. in meaning) to your primary keyword.
Any example of LSI keywords?+−
The words car and auto are related semantically. People may search using either way. LSI Is not just about synonyms. Here is an example: Main keyword: "Apple" LSI keywords: "iPhone," "MacBook," "fruit," "orchard" If a page mentions "Apple" along with "iPhone" and "MacBook," search engines know it's about the tech company Apple. But if it mentions "fruit" and "orchard," it's about the fruit. LSI keywords improve SEO by making content more relevant and natural for both readers and search engines.
How can I identify LSI keywords in search results?+−
Search your term on Google. LSI keywords will appear as bold
Link Building
Link building is the process of acquiring hyperlinks from other websites to your own, to increase the search engine rankings of that page or website.
There are two fundamental ways that search engines use links:
* To discover new web pages
* To help determine how well a page should rank in its result
That's why link building is a fundamental process of a successful SEO strategy

There are two fundamental ways that search engines use links: * To discover new web pages * To help determine how well a page should rank in its result
That's why link building is a fundamental process of a successful SEO strategy
What's the most fundamental thing to know about link building?+−
That all links should be relevant and related to your goals. Just getting the bad (in terms of unrelated traffic) will be ok for your SEO team but bad for your business.
Is Link-building more important than on-site, on-page activities?+−
Link-building can be an effective strategy, but it should never take precedence over foundational on-site and on-page SEO efforts. A successful SEO strategy starts with a solid technical foundation, ensuring your website is crawlable, optimized for speed, and provides a seamless user experience.
Additionally, creating high-value, relevant content tailored to your audience's needs is critical. Without these elements in place, link-building efforts are unlikely to deliver meaningful results.
Moreover, links should come from relevant sources and serve as genuine traffic drivers, not just as an attempt to boost search rankings artificially. Links that align with your content and target audience enhance credibility and direct qualified traffic to your site. However, if your content is weak or disconnected from your audience's needs, or if your technical SEO fundamentals are lacking, investing in link-building can be a waste of resources. Focus on building a coherent content strategy first; then, links will naturally follow as a byproduct of quality and relevance
llms.txt
While robots.txt and sitemap.xml are designed for search engines, LLMs.txt is optimized for reasoning engines. It provides information about a website to LLMs in a format they can easily understand.
While websites serve both human readers and LLMs, the latter benefit from more concise, expert-level information gathered in a single, accessible location. This is particularly important for use cases like development environments, where LLMs need quick access to programming documentation and APIs.
What is llms.txt?+−
llms.txt markdown is human and LLM readable, but is also in a precise format allowing fixed processing methods (i.e. classical programming techniques such as parsers and regex).
llms.txt vs. sitemap.xml and robots.txt+−
llms.txt is designed to coexist with current web standards. While sitemaps list all pages for search engines, llms.txt offers a curated overview for LLMs. It can complement robots.txt by providing context for allowed content. The file can also reference structured data markup used on the site, helping LLMs understand how to interpret this information in context.
The approach of standardizing on a path for the file follows the approach of /robots.txt and /sitemap.xml. robots.txt and llms.txt have different purposes—robots.txt is generally used to let automated tools know what access to a site is considered acceptable, such as for search indexing bots. On the other hand, llms.txt information will often be used on demand when a user explicitly requests information about a topic, such as when including a coding library’s documentation in a project or when asking a chatbot with search functionality for information.
It serves a fundamentally different purpose than existing web standards like sitemap.xml and robots.txt.
/sitemap.xml lists all indexable pages, but doesn’t help with content processing. AI systems would still need to parse complex HTML and handle extra info, cluttering up the context window.
/robots.txt suggests search engine crawler access, but doesn’t assist with content understanding either.
/llms.txt solves AI-related challenges. It helps overcome context window limitations, removes non-essential markup and scripts, and presents content in a structure optimized for AI processing.
How do I add llms.txt on my website?+−
If your website runs on a well known CMS i.e. Wordpress, there are plugins that will create the llms.txt files the same way they create sitemap.xml. Use that plugin and see if the result is satisfactory. You can access your llms.txt file in: [yourwebsite]/llms.txt
How to create the llms.txt file?+−
To create effective llms.txt files, consider these guidelines: Use concise, clear language. When linking to resources, include brief, informative descriptions. Avoid ambiguous terms or unexplained jargon. Run a tool that expands your llms.txt file into an LLM context file and test a number of language models to see if they can answer questions about your content.
Meta Description
Meta description is the additional text that appears in your search results that lets you know what the link is about. Meta Descriptions should tell audiences what they can expect to find on your page and should work to persuade those users to click through.
The optimal length is 140-170 characters. They have a lot of value in terms of SEO. Make every word count!

Modular Content
Modular content refers to the practice of creating small, self-contained units of content—such as text snippets, images, or videos—that can be independently managed and reused across various platforms and contexts. This approach enhances flexibility, consistency, and efficiency in content creation and distribution.
It has been met on our AI Content Framework, where we need to create part of the reusable content strategy.

pagerank
In short PageRank is a “vote”, by all the other pages on the Web, about how important a page is. A link to a page counts as a vote of support. If there’s no link there’s no support (but it’s an abstention from voting rather than a vote against the page).

Parasite SEO
Parasite SEO is a strategy where marketers leverage high-traffic websites' authority and ranking power to promote their content or links. This often involves posting on popular platforms like blogs, forums, or social media sites to gain backlinks and visibility without directly optimizing their website.
Parasite SEO is a strategy where marketers leverage high-traffic websites' authority and ranking power to promote their content or links. This often involves posting on popular platforms like blogs, forums, or social media sites to gain backlinks and visibility without directly optimizing their website.
How does Parasite SEO differ from traditional SEO?+−
Traditional SEO focuses on optimizing your website to rank higher in search engine results through on-page optimization, backlink building, and content creation. On the other hand, Parasite SEO involves placing your content or links on already authoritative sites to benefit from their existing search rankings and traffic.
Is Parasite SEO considered ethical?+−
The ethicality of Parasite SEO depends on how it's executed. It can be ethical when done transparently and adding value to the host platform (e.g., guest blogging or contributing useful content). However, practices like spamming, cloaking, or creating deceptive content can be considered unethical and may lead to penalties from search engines.
What are the risks associated with Parasite SEO?+−
Risks include potential penalties from search engines if the practices are manipulative or spammy. Additionally, the content or links can be removed by the host site if they violate its terms of service, and reliance on third-party sites means you have less control over the content and its longevity.
Can Parasite SEO be a long-term strategy?+−
While Parasite SEO can provide short-term gains in visibility and traffic, it is generally not considered a sustainable long-term strategy. It is most effective with traditional SEO practices to build a robust, lasting online presence. Relying solely on parasite SEO can be risky due to search engines' lack of control and the potential for content removal or devaluation.
Personal Branding
By investing in personal branding, you’re not just building a name for yourself—you’re building a foundation for long-term success in both the digital and physical business worlds.
Personal branding is the unique identity you create in your professional space. It’s the story you tell, the values you uphold, and the expertise you bring to your industry. More than just a logo or a social media presence, personal branding defines how you differentiate yourself from competitors, how people perceive you, and the legacy you build. It’s what makes people trust you, follow you, and choose your offerings over others.
Entrepreneurs like Gary Vaynerchuk (Gary Vee) have mastered personal branding by consistently showcasing their authenticity, knowledge, and values in a way that resonates with their audience.
Why Should I Bother with Personal Branding?+−
A strong personal brand is no longer optional—it’s essential. In today’s digital world, standing out is difficult, and personal branding is the key to differentiation. It helps you: Establish Credibility: When people recognize and trust you, they are more likely to engage with your business. Attract Opportunities: A well-crafted personal brand draws in clients, collaborations, speaking engagements, and media features without you having to chase them. Build a Loyal Audience: People connect with individuals more than companies. Your brand fosters deeper relationships and lasting trust. Leave a Legacy: Unlike a single product or service, a strong personal brand endures beyond business cycles. Figures like Steve Jobs and Marie Forleo have created lasting impact through their personal brands, influencing industries for years.
Is Personal Branding an SEO Requirement or Not?+−
While personal branding isn’t a strict SEO requirement, it significantly enhances your online presence. Search engines prioritize authority, trust, and consistency—elements that a strong personal brand naturally supports. By building a recognizable identity, producing valuable content, and engaging with your audience, you improve your digital footprint, which in turn boosts search rankings. Personal branding increases mentions, backlinks, and social signals, all of which contribute to SEO success.
How is Personal Branding Connected with E-E-A-T?+−
Google’s E-E-A-T (aka E-A-T), (stands for Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) framework plays a crucial role in how content ranks in search engines, and branding directly aligns with it:
Experience: Sharing your personal journey and insights showcases real-world knowledge that adds authenticity.
Expertise: Consistently producing high-quality content establishes you as a knowledgeable leader in your field.
Authoritativeness: A strong personal brand helps you become a recognized voice, leading to industry endorsements, media features, and valuable partnerships.
Trustworthiness: People trust individuals who are transparent, consistent, and relatable—qualities that a solid personal brand reinforces.
Successful entrepreneurs like Brené Brown and Gary Vee have leveraged personal branding to amplify their credibility and thought leadership, aligning perfectly with E-E-A-T principles.
Power Page
A power page is a type of landing page that is designed to be highly effective at converting visitors into customers or leads. Power pages are typically used in digital marketing (also in Growth Marketing) campaigns to drive targeted traffic to a specific page on a website, with the goal of converting those visitors into customers or leads.
There are several key elements that make a power page effective at converting visitors. These include a clear and compelling value proposition, a strong call to action, social proof, and credibility indicators such as customer reviews or testimonials.
Power pages may also include elements such as lead capture forms, chatbots, or live chat options to help facilitate the conversion process.
Power pages are typically designed with a specific goal in mind, such as generating leads, making sales, or gathering email addresses for a newsletter. As such, they are typically focused on a specific product or service and are optimized for conversion.
Power Page acts as a hugely powerful SEO-enhanced page that utilizes keyword research and gives the most results in terms of ROI for a specific market.

Is it possible to include an FAQ section in structured data for Google without making it visible to users on the webpage?+−
While it is technically possible to have hidden FAQs in structured data, doing so is against Google’s guidelines and can carry significant risks. A better approach is ensuring FAQ content is visible to users and optimized with structured data for Google. This creates a win-win scenario for search engines and your audience.

Is SEO copywriting the same as copywriting?+−
It depends. Are we writing for people or google? It's been a debate for years. The winning argument is that we should write for humans and therefore Google learned to behave and understand as humans. If you are a believer in the above, then SEO copywriting and copywriting are synonyms. If you are a believer in the opposite then get your content, make sure it's a result of very thoughtful keyword research, make sure you have the correct keyword density not to be annoying or boring for your readers, and tadaam you just became SEO copywriter... but wait, that was the goal anyhow right? to address your audience needs and not be boring or annoying while delivering value. That's our point ;-)
Is SEO copywriting redundant because of AI?+−
No, SEO copywriting is not redundant because of AI. While AI can be used to generate content that is optimized for search engines, it cannot replace the need for human copywriters who can understand the nuances of language and create content that is both informative and engaging. Here are some reasons why SEO copywriting is still important: a) AI-generated content is often not as well-written as human-generated content. AI can't understand the nuances of language and often produces content that is repetitive, boring, or even nonsensical. b) AI-generated content is not as effective at engaging readers. Human copywriters can understand the target audience and create content that is relevant and interesting to them and c) AI-generated content is not as effective at building trust with readers. Human copywriters can establish credibility and build relationships with readers through their writing and emotions transfer.
Do you know tools that could help our copywriting skills?+−
Here are two that we use in the company: gocharlie and Jasper
SEO Copywriting Agency
Sometimes a specialized SEO Copywriting Agency is needed. More often, that's the case when the topic is somehow particular or niche, and the audience is a bit too deep into that. i.e. researchers of a global DNA database. To write content for this topic you clearly need not just an SEO Copywriting Agency but a specialized one composed of scientists and geneticists
These are specialized agencies with copywriters able to compose content and deliver blog posts that they claim are SEO optimized
Do I need one?+−
It depends. There are two kinds of companies a) those that split the Digital Marketing Services across many agencies i.e. one for SM Management, one for SEO, one for Web Development, one for Paid Ads etc, and b) those that believe (similarly to us) that Marketing is not running in Silos and all services need to be interconnected. Sometimes, although you may belong to the second category you have to use an SEO Copywriting agency to increase your capacity of copywriters if we have increased demand because of a new site or a launch
What's the proposed approach to take with SEO Copywriting?+−
You can read our article here about our approach on the way we see it. Regarding information on how you can write content you may also download our ebook located here
How can such an agency help me improve my website's search engine ranking?+−
An agency or an SEO copywriting service of a growth agency can help you improve your website's search engine ranking by creating high-quality content that is relevant to your target audience and optimized for search engines. This content will help you attract more visitors to your website, which can lead to increased sales and leads.
Is it logical that these kinds of agencies are using AI tools to write content?+−
Yes, it is. Before AI was ... googling... Content creation is not a result of parthenogenesis, it requires research and optimization. AI plays the role that Google was playing for years around researching. Besides that, content strategists and content creators are using tools like gocharlie or Jasper to change, rewrite, optimize tone of voice and tailor the content that has been researched

SERP
Search Engine Results Pages (SERP) are the pages displayed by search engines in response to a query by a searcher. The main component of the SERP is the listing of results although the pages may also contain other results such as advertisements.
When a user enters a search query into a search engine, the search engine processes the query and generates a list of relevant results. This list of results is then displayed on the SERP, along with other information such as sponsored links, local listings, and various other types of content.

Why SERP is important+−
The SERP is an important part of the search engine experience, as it determines which websites and pages are most visible to users. As such, it is important for businesses and websites to optimize their content and presence on the SERP in order to attract more traffic and increase visibility. This can be achieved through search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, such as optimizing website content, building high-quality backlinks, and making use of targeted keywords.

How important is site depth for SEO?+−
To understand the importance of depth in SEO, we need to understand how the different search engines’ robots work, especially Google. To do this, let’s compare your site to a tower of champagne glasses (yes, like in lavish receptions!). The first glass is your homepage; the glasses at the bottom are your deepest pages. Your “SEO juice” is poured from the first glass. Inevitably, the cups that are close to the top cup (i.e. the homepage), are the ones that receive the most juice. If your tower is too high (= your site is too deep), the bottom cups (= the deep pages), will hardly receive any SEO juice. They will therefore not be valued by Google. If you have set up a strong internal linking, as we will see below, you can hope to compensate for this. But it is always better to reduce the depth of your site while strengthening your internal linking.
Site Speed
It's the first impression that makes a website. Site Speed is a metric that shows how quickly users are able to see and interact with content.
The speedier is the site, the better ranking results will have. That means that we should no longer make optimizations, thinking of bots but users. Offering the best possible user experience is what engines are interested in, value and reward.

Sitemap XML
Sitemaps are a protocol that allows the webmaster for a website to inform Google and other major search engines about URLS on a website that are available for crawling. Sitemaps allow search engines to find all of your webpages, that they might otherwise miss when indexing.
Sitemap is important because it tells the search engines about the content that you have on your site and how often it's updated. This helps with search engine optimization because it makes it easier for Google to find out about the content on your site so that they can serve it up in the search results.

The Ski-Slope Strategy is used primarily in digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) to describe a systematic approach to content creation and keyword targeting. The strategy is designed to build a website’s authority and traffic over time by focusing on a range of keywords with varying levels of competition.
How does the ski-slope Strategy work?+−
Keyword Research and Categorization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify a broad range of keywords related to your niche. These keywords should be categorized into different levels of competition and search volume. Content Creation: First, create content that targets low-competition, long-tail keywords. These keywords are easier to rank for and help establish a foundation of traffic and authority. Gradually move up the slope to target more competitive keywords as your website gains authority. This involves creating more comprehensive and in-depth content for medium and high-competition keywords. Link Building: Implement a link-building strategy that supports your content. Initially, focus on acquiring high-quality backlinks to pages targeting low-competition keywords. Build links to content targeting more competitive keywords as your site's authority grows. Consistent Publishing: Maintain a consistent content publishing schedule. Regular updates signal to search engines that your site is active and continually providing new information. Use internal linking to connect new content with existing pages, enhancing your site's overall structure and navigation. Optimization and Monitoring: Optimize your content for on-page SEO factors, such as meta tags, headings, and keyword usage. Monitor your rankings, traffic, and user engagement to identify which strategies are working and which need adjustment. Scaling Up: As your site gains more traffic and authority, increase your efforts by targeting highly competitive keywords. This is the peak of the ski slope, where you leverage your established authority to compete in broader, more challenging markets.
What are the benefits of the Ski-Slope Strategy?+−
Gradual Growth: By focusing on low-competition keywords first, you can achieve steady growth in traffic and authority without being overwhelmed by the competition. Building Authority: Successfully ranking for more accessible keywords helps build your site’s domain authority, making it easier to rank for more competitive terms later. Sustainable Strategy: This approach is sustainable and less risky than attempting to rank for highly competitive keywords. Improved User Experience: Regular content updates and a well-structured site enhance the user experience, leading to higher engagement and retention.

Zero volume keywords
They are also known as Zero search Volume Keywords.
According to keyword research tools, zero-volume search keywords are search terms with very low or no monthly search volume. This means that these keywords are rarely searched for by users, and as a result, they don't generate significant traffic.
Should I bother about zero-volume search keywords?+−
If those keywords are not random and make sense as a sentence or query criteria, and although zero-volume search keywords might not bring in a large amount of traffic immediately, they can be valuable for reaching highly specific audiences, filling content gaps, and preparing for future trends.
What are the benefits of using zero-volume search keywords?+−
Targeted Audience: Even though the search volume is low, the audience searching for these terms is often highly targeted and more likely to convert. Those few searching for those indeed... Content Gaps: Zero-volume keywords can help identify gaps in existing content, allowing you to provide unique and valuable information that is not widely available. Future Proofing: By creating content for zero-volume keywords related to emerging trends, you can position yourself as an authority before the terms become popular. That applies only to those zero-volume keywords with a purpose. It can be because you are building a new keyword and creating demand for something new. Cost-Effective SEO: Targeting zero-volume keywords can be a cost-effective SEO strategy, especially for new websites or competitive industries where ranking for high-volume keywords is challenging. Although it will not bring traffic, it will give Google the "signal" that your site can rank even for those.
What are the Characteristics of Zero-Volume Search Keywords?+−
Low Competition: Since these keywords are not widely searched, they typically have less competition. This can make it easier to rank for these terms. Highly Specific: Zero-volume keywords often tend to be long-tail keywords or particular phrases that only a niche audience might search for. Potential for Emerging Trends: Sometimes, zero-volume keywords can be related to new or emerging trends that have not yet gained widespread recognition. Local or Niche Focus: These keywords can be highly localized or related to particular industries or interests.
Examples of Zero-volume search keywords?+−
- A niche hobby like "hand-carved wooden chess sets in [small town name]" - Very specific product variations, such as "vegan gluten-free blueberry muffins recipe."
Are Zero-volume search keywords indeed ZERO?+−
Zero-volume search keywords are not necessarily "zero" in the literal sense. Let's analyze some reasons you may see them as "zero". Data Limitations: Keyword research tools estimate search volume based on sampled data. If the search frequency is below a certain threshold, they may report a keyword as having zero or very low volume. This does not mean that no one is searching for it, just that the searches are infrequent or not captured fully by the tool's dataset. Niche or Emerging Trends: Keywords in highly specific niches or related to emerging trends may show up as zero volume because the tools haven't yet caught up with these trends or because the audience is small but highly targeted. Seasonal or Temporal Variations: Some keywords might have seasonal or temporal search volume spikes not reflected in the average monthly search volume reported by tools. For example, a keyword related to a specific event or time of year might show zero volume most months but a spike around the relevant time. Local Searches: Keywords specific to a small geographic area may have very low global or national search volume, but still be relevant and valuable within that local context.
